Profile
Dennis was raised and educated in New England. His real estate career began at Kinlin Grover Properties on Cape Cod, a firm that specializes in distinctive waterfront, golf course and village properties. He first visited the mountains of Western North Carolina in the early 1980’s and quickly decided that the area offered everything one might desire in a growing community. After college Dennis began his career as a tennis teaching professional then went on to manage and own his own facility. His background gives him a definite edge in customer service having been responsible to over 3,000 members and the operation of three facilities. After moving to Asheville Dennis worked for Beverly Hanks and Associates for 15 years. The feel of a large company never seemed to quite fit and Dennis joined Preferred Properties in 2013.
